Hi everyone,
School of Trivia has a new home on Substack! If you are already a subscriber, no action is required on your end. (Paid subscriptions haven’t been transferred over from Revue yet, but I’m told this will happen on Monday.)
Some new subscription options that come with the new platform:
Yearly: you get one free month for choosing this option!
Dean’s List: I want to stress that this additional support for the league (while it would be hugely appreciated!) is not at all expected. Perks: 1. You can request one quiz per year on (almost) any theme you want (I will try my hardest to make your request work, but if I can’t, I may have to ask for a second choice), 2. You can set up a private division with up to 10 other players (who don’t have to be Dean’s List members), and 3. You will have first priority to be a guest/player on the School of Trivia podcast, whenever that is a thing that actually exists (hopefully this will give me the motivation to finally find the time to start it).
Gift subscriptions: you can now purchase a month or year of School of Trivia for someone else by going to gift.schooloftrivia.com or clicking the button below. There’s also an option to schedule the subscription for a later date if you want your gift to arrive closer to the holidays.
Last call for Season 12!
Registration for Season 12 is open through Monday, December 5 (that is, the first week’s quizzes are due by Monday evening). If you've enjoyed these Sunday quizzes, I hope you'll consider joining the league! More info about how it all works can be found at https://schooloftrivia.substack.com/about. To join the league, click the button below and sign up for a monthly or yearly subscription:
Sunday Quiz #10
This is a free quiz series made up of an extra question from each quiz of a past week of School of Trivia. It's open for anyone to play, and you can still catch up with Quizzes #1-9, linked below. Feel free to forward this along to those who might be interested! You can check your scores on the "Sunday" tab of the leaderboard page.
We’re getting to the point where new players will have to get through a mountain of quizzes to get in the game, so I’ve decided that Quiz #10 will be the final quiz for Season 1 of Sunday School. Make sure to get caught up by next Sunday before I announce the Season 1 results!
